Privacy Policy

The document that started this whole website.

See More Games (“we”, “us”, “our” — realistically one person and a laptop) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it when you play our games (“Games”) or use our website, support channels, contact forms, and anything else we run (“Services”).

By using our Games and Services, you agree to the collection and use of information described here.

1. Our Commitment
#

We collect as little as we can get away with. What we do collect, we keep to ourselves, store securely, and use only for the reason it was given. We don’t sell your data, and we’re not interested in being in the data business — the only reason we collect anything at all is to make the games better.

2. Information We Collect
#

2.1 Personal information
#

You may choose to give us personal information when you contact us or sign up for something. That can include:

  • Name — to personalise replies and communications.
  • Email address — for account registration, support, and responses to your enquiries.
  • Phone number — optional, and only if you volunteer it for direct support.
  • Gaming preferences and feedback — to shape content, updates, and improvements.

Handing any of this over is entirely up to you. We use it to answer you, support you, and improve the games, and we look after it as described in Section 6.

2.2 Diagnostic and usage data
#

Our Games may automatically collect diagnostic and usage data — crash reports, system activity, hardware settings, browser type and language, when you played, and where you came to us from.

We use it to find and fix bugs, improve performance, and understand how people actually play. Most of it isn’t tied to you in any way we could reverse. Some of it is: IP addresses and device identifiers count as personal information under Australian and European privacy law, so we treat them that way rather than pretend otherwise.

3. Third-Party Access to Information
#

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t hand it over for anyone else’s marketing. There are a few situations where information does reach other people, and here they are.

Advertising and analytics. Our Games and website use third-party services to show ads and to understand how the games are performing. These use cookies, tracking pixels, advertising IDs, and similar tools, and they may pick up your IP address, device ID, details about your device and browser, which ads you were shown, and how long you saw them. That information is covered by this policy and by the privacy policy of whoever provides the service.

Overseas storage. Those providers — and the services we use for hosting and email — keep data on servers outside Australia, mostly in the United States and Europe. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to see that your information is handled in line with this policy.

Legal and safety. We may access or share personal information where we need to report abuse of our Games or Services, enforce our rights, comply with the law or a request from an authority, or protect the safety, rights, or property of See More Games or anyone else.

If the studio changes hands. If See More Games is ever sold or passed on, personal information may go with it. We’d post notice here before that happened.

4. Children’s Privacy
#

We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our website, forums, and online Services are meant for players aged 13 and up.

We follow the COPPA guidelines, and we don’t collect any more than we need for someone to play.

If you’re a parent or guardian and you find your child under 13 has given us personal information without your say-so, email us at contact.bimbam@gmail.com. Once we’ve checked, we’ll delete it and take reasonable steps to make sure it isn’t reused or passed on.

We’d also encourage parents and guardians to stay involved in their kids’ online activity, and to talk through why sharing personal information online without permission is a bad idea.

5. Your Rights
#

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to fix it if it’s wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we’ll sort it out within a reasonable time — realistically well under 30 days, because there generally isn’t much to go through.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it, or as long as the law says we have to. Support enquiries get cleared out periodically, and account information goes when you close your account.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your personal information, tell us first — an email almost always sorts it. If you’re not happy with how we respond, you can take it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

6. Security
#

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from being lost, leaked, or accessed by people who shouldn’t have it.

Nothing sent over the internet or stored electronically is ever completely secure, so we can’t promise it’s airtight. What we can do is keep our exposure small: the Games are built to collect as little personal information as possible, which means there’s not much sitting around to protect in the first place.

If something does go wrong and a breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we’ll tell you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as soon as we reasonably can.

7. Changes to This Policy
#

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes go up on this page and take effect once posted, so it’s worth checking back occasionally.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 8 August 2026.

8. Your Consent#

By using our Games and Services, you consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
