Welcome to See More Games! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) cover your use of all our games (“Games”) and everything else we run — the website, forums, and support (“Services”).
By playing our Games or using our Services, you’re agreeing to what’s below, along with anything else we link to from here. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
1. Intellectual Property Rights#
Everything in our Games — the art, audio, code, text, and design — belongs to See More Games or to the people we’ve licensed it from, and is protected by copyright.
2. License and Access#
You’re welcome to play our Games for your own enjoyment. That permission is personal to you: you can’t pass it on, sell it, or sublicense it, and we can withdraw it if you break these Terms.
What it doesn’t cover:
- Selling our Games, or using them to make money.
- Taking them apart — reverse engineering, decompiling, or pulling out the source code or assets.
- Getting around anti-cheat, security, or licensing measures, or using cheats and exploits to get an edge over other players.
- Building your own thing out of our Games or their contents.
- Scraping, bots, or automated tools to harvest data from our Games or Services.
Anything we haven’t given you permission to do here stays with us and our licensors.
Most of our Games come through app stores like Google Play, the App Store, Steam etc. Those stores have their own terms, which apply alongside these ones, and anything you downloaded or bought through them is also covered by their refund and support policies.
3. Your Account#
There’s no age requirement to simply play our Games. To create an account, take part in our forums or other online Services, or make a purchase, you must be at least 13 years old. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian needs to agree to these Terms on your behalf, and is responsible for your use of our Games and Services, including any purchases made.
To access certain aspects of our Games and Services, you may need to create and maintain a personal account.
Keep your login details to yourself, and keep an eye on who has access to your devices. Anything done on your account is treated as done by you, whether it was you or someone who got hold of it.
4. User Contributions and Conduct#
4.1 User contributions#
Anything you make or post — forum posts, levels, characters, items, and the like (“User Contributions”) — stays yours. You made it, you own it.
By posting it, you’re giving us permission to host, show, copy, modify, share, and promote it as part of running, improving, and marketing our Games and Services. That permission is worldwide, doesn’t cost us anything, isn’t exclusive to us, and we can pass it on where we need to.
Where a Game lets players share their creations, posting yours also lets every other player play it, copy it, and build on it inside that Game. Their permission lasts as long as their copy does, and doesn’t end when yours does.
Only upload things you actually made, or that you have the rights to use. And if we feature a creation of yours — in a trailer, on a store page, or anywhere else — we might trim or tweak it to fit, and your name might not be on screen. By uploading, you’re agreeing that’s fine.
If you delete something or close your account, we’ll stop using it and take it out of public view within a reasonable time. That won’t reach copies other players already have, anything that’s been built on or folded into someone else’s work, or backups, which stick around for a while afterwards.
4.2 User conduct#
When using our Games and Services, including any forums or platforms we run, you’re expected to behave respectfully and lawfully. Don’t:
- Break the law, or talk anyone else into it.
- Post things that infringe someone else’s copyright or personal rights.
- Post anything sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, or hateful.
- Harass, threaten, or deliberately upset other players or us.
- Pretend to be someone you’re not, including us or our moderators.
- Derail conversations or get in the way of other people taking part.
- Advertise or sell things.
We can remove any content, and suspend or close any account, if we think someone’s breaking these guidelines or otherwise making things worse for everyone else. Where it’s serious we’ll do it straight away, without warning, and we don’t have to give the reason in advance. If you think we’ve got it wrong, email us and we’ll take another look. None of this affects any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Availability of the Games#
See More Games is a one-person studio. We may add, change, pause, or shut down any Game, feature, or server at any time, including switching off a Game’s online services for good. Where that affects something you’ve paid for, we’ll give you as much notice as we reasonably can. None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability#
We build these Games with care, but we can’t promise they’ll always work. They’re provided as is and as available — we don’t guarantee they’ll be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that they’ll do what you were hoping. We exclude any implied warranties the law allows us to exclude.
Playing is at your own risk. We’re not liable for indirect or knock-on losses — lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost progress, or the cost of replacing something — however they arise, and even if we’d been warned it could happen.
Where that can’t be applied, our total liability to you for everything relating to the Games and Services is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim came up.
None of this removes or reduces any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under any other law that can’t be signed away.
7. Governing Law#
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
If any part of these Terms turns out not to hold up, that part drops out and everything else still applies.
8. Changes to These Terms#
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page, so it’s worth checking back now and then. Carrying on using our Games and Services after that means you’re okay with the changes.
These Terms are effective as of 8 August 2026.
